By using WavinBox, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By accessing and using WavinBox, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
WavinBox is an online platform that allows producers to submit music demos to DJs and labels. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the content you submit. By uploading content, you grant WavinBox a limited license to display and stream that content as part of the service.
You agree not to use the service to: upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights, harass other users, attempt to access unauthorized systems, or use the service for unapproved commercial purposes.
WavinBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

By submitting audio content on WavinBox, you declare and warrant that you are the author, composer, or rights holder of such content, or that you hold all necessary authorizations, licenses, and rights to upload, share, and exploit it. You grant WavinBox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit this content strictly as necessary to operate the service. WavinBox claims no ownership over your content. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.
In accordance with the French Digital Economy Trust Act (LCEN, June 21, 2004) and the European Digital Services Act (DSA – EU Regulation 2022/2065), WavinBox acts exclusively as a content hosting provider. As such, WavinBox is not responsible for content published or submitted by users, does not perform any prior editorial review of uploaded files, and its liability may only be engaged once it has been informed of the manifestly illegal nature of content and has failed to act promptly to remove or disable access to it.
Any person believing that content hosted on WavinBox infringes their rights (copyright infringement, illegal content) may send a notification to: dmca@wavinbox.com. The notification must include: (1) precise identification of the protected work, (2) direct URL to the infringing content on WavinBox, (3) proof of your status as author or rights holder, (4) good-faith declaration that the use is unauthorized. WavinBox will process any valid notification within 72 business hours and remove or disable access to the content if the request is well-founded. Any abusive or bad-faith notification triggers the civil and criminal liability of its author.
Access to WavinBox is strictly reserved for persons aged at least 16 years, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR which sets the digital consent age at 16 in France. By creating an account, you declare on your honor that you are at least 16 years old. Users between 16 and 18 years old must obtain express authorization from their legal guardian before registering. If WavinBox discovers that a user is under 16, their account and all associated data will be deleted without delay, in compliance with Article 8 of the GDPR.
Payments on WavinBox are processed exclusively by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider). WavinBox does not collect, store, or directly process your payment card data. Subscriptions are commitment-free and automatically renew at the chosen frequency (monthly or annual). The subscription amount is charged at each anniversary date. You may view, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time in the "Subscription" section of your account. Upon cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. In case of repeated payment failure, WavinBox reserves the right to suspend access to premium features.
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your express consent. However, in cases of manifest billing errors, duplicate charges, or proven service outages making the platform inaccessible, WavinBox will review any refund request sent to billing@wavinbox.com within 30 days of the billing date. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
WavinBox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, particularly to comply with legislative or regulatory changes. In the event of a substantial change affecting your rights, you will be notified by email and/or via a banner on the platform at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you refuse the new terms, you may delete your account as described in Article 7.
By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails necessary for the service (confirmations, demo alerts, security notifications, payment receipts). These emails cannot be disabled as they are essential to account security. Regarding marketing communications (newsletters, promotional offers), you may withdraw your consent at any time via: (a) the "Unsubscribe" link in every marketing email, or (b) the "Settings > Notifications" section of your account. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.
